4. AI-Generated Content

Our services may generate content using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or current
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them
• AI outputs should not be used as the sole basis for decisions with significant legal, financial, or safety consequences without human review
• We do not guarantee the fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose

5. Industry-Specific Products

Certain Haivio products may be subject to industry-specific regulations. If you use products in regulated industries:

• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• AI-generated assessments require human verification before use in consequential decisions
• You must provide required disclosures and obtain necessary consents as required by applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Haivio, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you submit to our services. By using our services, you grant Haivio a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide and improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Subscription and Payment

• Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAIVIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
